What you get
Free IT/AV Health Check & Recommendation Report: We start by auditing your current IT and AV setup top-to-bottom (network, Wi-Fi, devices, AV equipment, security, etc.). You’ll get this initial health check for free, along with a clear recommendations report. This report highlights any critical issues and suggests upgrade options prioritized by impact. It’s yours to keep whether or not you proceed with a project – it’s our way of helping you make an informed decision.
Clean, Professional Installation (DBS-Cleared Technicians): Our installation standards are extremely high. We insist on tidy cabling, proper mounting, and thorough testing for every job. All work is done by our background-checked engineers who understand school settings. We treat your school site with respect – no cables left dangling, no mess in classrooms, and everything looking as good as it functions by the time we finish.
Before/After Documentation & Visual Report: For any significant upgrade, we document the state before (e.g. photos of that messy server cupboard or old projector setup) and after (the new, improved setup). We then compile a visual report showing the improvements, along with key metrics like speed tests or coverage maps if applicable. This isn’t just feel-good – it provides transparency about the work done and is a great tool for you to showcase improvements to governors or parents.
Staff Quick-Start Guides (Printed & Digital): As mentioned in Staff & Student Experience, we include user-friendly quick-start guides for teachers. Hard copies are placed where needed, and digital copies (with video links) are provided too. This ensures your staff can use new tech from day one with minimal frustration.
Two Follow-up Check-Ins: We don’t disappear after installation. We include two scheduled follow-ups (around 2 weeks and 30 days after project completion) where we visit or call to make sure everything is working perfectly. Any teething issues are resolved, and we’ll even retrain or adjust things based on real classroom feedback. This way, you’re fully settled in with the new systems.
Bilingual Training & Documentation: All training sessions for staff, as well as any documentation we hand over, are available in both Welsh and English. We make sure that language preference is not an obstacle for anyone in your school to understand and use the technology comfortably. This is a standard part of our service in Wales.


Next, we address your school’s specific needs by selecting the major project modules that fit your situation. You can choose one or several core modules from our portfolio, and we’ll tailor the solution accordingly. These are the high-value projects that deliver transformative results:
Wi-Fi Infrastructure Upgrade: A complete overhaul or expansion of your wireless network. This module includes campus-wide Wi-Fi design, new access point installation, necessary cabling, and network switches, plus a 4G/LTE backup internet line for automatic failover. The outcome is robust, everywhere connectivity and no single point of failure for internet access.
Interactive Screens & Hall AV: Upgrade classrooms with interactive flat-panel displays (replacing old projectors or boards) and install a full audio-visual system in your main hall or theater. We supply and fit the displays, speakers, amplifiers, control panels, and more. Teachers get modern teaching tools, and the school gains a professional setup for events and presentations.
CCTV & Access Control: Strengthen security by installing a network of CCTV cameras covering key indoor and outdoor areas, all linked to a cloud recording system. Alongside, we implement door access controls on main entries or sensitive areas – using fob/card readers or biometric scanners as appropriate. We can also tie in a digital visitor management system at the reception. This module greatly improves safeguarding and oversight on campus.
Hybrid Learning Kit: Equip select classrooms (or all, depending on your strategy) for hybrid teaching. This typically provides a camera + microphone setup integrated with the classroom display and network for easy video conferencing. In larger spaces, this could mean multiple cameras and a mixing system for streamed events. We ensure everything is calibrated and simple to operate, so you can run hybrid classes or meetings smoothly.
Server & Network Refresh: Modernize the backbone of your IT. This module can include replacing an old server with a new one (or migrating to cloud services), upgrading network switches and firewalls, and a structured re-cabling of your data cabinets. We also implement proper backup solutions (on-site and cloud) to protect data. Essentially, it’s a facelift for your server room – resulting in a faster, more secure network with less maintenance hassle.
Digital Signage & Reception Systems: Enhance communication and first impressions. In this module, we install digital signage displays (e.g., large LCD screens or video walls) in areas like the school entrance, hallways, or cafeterias. You can easily display announcements, schedules, news, or student achievements. We often pair this with a visitor sign-in system at the reception – a tablet or kiosk where guests sign in digitally, take a photo, and print a badge. This streamlines the old paper visitor book and adds security. It’s all managed by user-friendly software that the office staff can control.

Lastly, we highly recommend every customer consider our ongoing support plans to maintain and continue improving their IT/AV environment. Technology is not a one-and-done thing – it requires care and updates. Our support contracts ensure you have experts by your side year-round. Key features include:
Unlimited Helpdesk Support: Your staff can contact us any time with any IT/AV issue or question – big or small, as often as needed. Whether a teacher can’t get the projector to display or you have a question about updating software, we’re here to help via phone, email, or WhatsApp. There’s no cap or extra charge on support queries for contract customers.
24/7 Monitoring & Emergency Response: We continuously monitor critical systems (servers, network, internet connection, etc.). If something fails after hours, our team is alerted immediately. For emergencies, we have on-call engineers ready to respond on-site if needed, even at night, to fix major outages. This level of support is crucial for events like overnight exam data uploads or just to ensure the school day starts with everything functioning.
Preventative Maintenance & Updates: Under a support contract, we schedule regular maintenance tasks so that you don’t have to. This includes applying security patches and updates to servers and devices during off-hours, checking backup integrity, renewing certificates or domains, and tuning Wi-Fi performance. We proactively take care of the “housekeeping” to prevent problems before they affect you.
Annual IT/AV Compliance & Readiness Report: Each year, we compile a comprehensive report (as described earlier) that not only covers your system health but maps it against compliance requirements (safeguarding, data protection, etc.) and readiness for any upcoming Estyn inspection. We’ll highlight any areas that need attention and work with you on an action plan. Essentially, we keep you always ready for audits or inspections – no scrambling required.
Free Annual Health Check & Review: Just as we started, we continue to offer a yearly Digital Health Check as part of the contract. We reassess your infrastructure and systems each year, noting improvements or new challenges as technology and your school’s needs evolve. Then we sit down with you to review and adjust your IT roadmap. This ensures your investments are keeping pace with changes (like an increase in student devices or new curriculum demands on tech) and that you’re never falling behind.
Discounted Upgrades and Priority Service: Our contract customers are our top priority. You receive preferred scheduling for any on-site work (jumping the queue when needed). Additionally, any future projects or hardware purchases come with a loyalty discount. We appreciate long-term partnerships, so if you decide to add, say, more interactive boards next year or upgrade your Wi-Fi again in 5 years, you’ll get better pricing as a member of our support family.
